Craig Goode

I’m Craig Goode a photographer, animator, film maker and designer based in Yorkshire, UK. Primarily a wedding photographer but I also shoot some fashion, still life & travel photography.

I love the feel of film, especially when shooting people, and the love affair it has with light. I love the imperfections which give it character and mood.

Chris Sartain aka ShutterTwinz

Hello FSC. I am a photographer based out of Clarksburg, MD. A small town just north of Washington, DC. I’m a family man, a film lover, and an identical twin (hence the name ShutterTwinz).

Me and my twin brother have the same passion for photography and find it’s a wonderful way to express our differences. We've been shooting for several years now and over that time we've learned many things, made plenty of mistakes, and met great people along the
way. My hope, is that being part of this community will motivate us to move in different directions, try new things, and take risks.

Part of the appeal of film photography, to me, is trying new cameras, techniques, films, etc. Currently, my go to setup is my Hasselblad Xpan / 45mmf4.  Although, my Pentax 67 is never far behind.

I am just as comfortable shooting the streets of DC, as I am taking long walks in the woods with nothing more than my thoughts and a couple rolls of B&W.  Photography gives me peace. It slows me down. Slows my life down. It is MY time.  My time to think, see, click, repeat.....

Tony Klimas

I grew up in the Midwest, just outside of Cleveland, OH. And while I have spent most of my adult life on the East Coast, the real me still longs for the banks of the Cuyahoga.  I've had a camera in my hand for a long time.  I still occasionally use the Pentax I received for my 12th birthday in 1977.  Like me (I hope) it's still going strong.  While I have done paid freelance work in the past, the current iteration of my photographic journey is kind of all about me.  Of course I love to share my photography with others, but it's really something I do for myself.

In my day job, the proverbial real world, I am an executive at a large professional services firm.  I actually love what I do.  I get to travel, work with really smart people and for the most part, I find it very rewarding. It pays the bills too, which isn't a bad thing.  My real passion, however, and the thing that keeps me going, involves silver halide crystals seeing the light.  It helps me see the light too.  Someday, when I can barely press the shutter button and maybe not get out much, I plan to take up macro photogaphy.  For now, I'm trying out everything else.  While I currently split my time between New Jersey, NYC and Florida, like Chrissie Hynde, I may go back to my city soon.

Steven Louis Ray

Parklands of the San Francisco Bay Area

As one foot has followed another, I’ve hiked along the ridgelines and coasts of Northern California. No matter where I’ve been, one thing has been consistent: my experience of solitude. It is a rare thing for me to see more than one other person during any given hike, and I’m left to wonder why. With more people living in this region than ever before, why are the trails so empty? Are we so busy with our lives that we’ve forgotten the natural beauty that’s all around us? At the risk of decreasing my solitude, I want to do my own small part in bringing more people out onto the trails and open spaces.

This project consists of black & white landscapes of the national and state parks and open spaces of the Bay Area. It was inspired by a desire to get to know my adopted home state better and to take advantage of the incredible opportunity that these open spaces provides us.
These lands have been preserved by those who came before us, their silent grandeur promised to future generations. In the here and now, there’s an opportunity for us to put one foot in front of another and discover these places for ourselves. Grand yet intimate. Wild yet peaceful. Legendary yet right around the corner.

Go.

Zeb Andrews

Zeb Andrews has lived his entire life in the Pacific Northwest, within easy distance of the Pacific Ocean. Most of his photographic life has been spent on its windswept shores, breathing its salty air and making photographs to slowly piece together the puzzle of what it all means to him. He is many other things, just as the ocean can be many things, but this is the facet of himself he would most have you know. At least for now.
