Big old sun is rising up
So elegant and thin
Another day is over
So a new day will begin
And the word said hey
It's a brand new day.
Brand New Day: Eurythmics.
Happy New Year all. Welcome to 2019. Hope you all had a great month, whether you celebrate some form of holidays at this time of year or not, no matter. My theme this week was Whats New (series or other). I’ll be honest, I have no idea whether any of these images were on topic or not, but not a big deal. They’re some excellent images.
SUBMIT
Every week the FSC features an article with a Curated Photostream that is open to all. You may only submit one (1) photo and it *must* be a jpeg file and no larger than 20 MB. Please title the file "Title_Camera_Film_YourName.jpg" so that we may properly credit you if your photo is selected. Remember to check our Submit page to see all currently open photostreams.
My next curation will be February 4. February Blahs… Mid-winter doldrums. Are you bored? I am. Here in my world everything is bleak, flat and featureless. Show me boredom. Show me the blahs. Make me Meh, do your middling, average… You know… Submit your image here.
Upcoming Curations include…
LUCY WAINWRIGHT, curator: My next curation will be January 14, 2019. I'd like to start the new year with the topic DILEMMA, and it can be any souped up, alt pro craziness you've been working on, or the most classic BW imaginable. You may submit your image here.
ABIGAIL CRONE, curator: My next curation is January 21, 2019, and the theme is Warmth. I’m going to try something different next month and open submissions up to ALL film formats (this isn’t just for Polaroid shooters). You may submit your image here.
RUBY BERRY, curator: My next curation is January 28 and the theme is Imagination. Interpret as you will and submit your image here.
