I'm Eddy from Oxford in the UK. I started taking photos when I was 10 after my granddad gave me his old camera. I was a photography obsessive during my twenties. After a few years off taking mainly digital family snaps I recently got back into film photography, largely inspired by the amazing online community of film shooters, including FSC. I don't have any one particular style or subject and am still finding my feet back behind the lens so prefer to snap what suits my mood. I shoot using a range of 35mm, medium format and instant cameras I've been collecting since childhood. I am as likely to pick up a compact from the 80s as a Leica. I mainly share my pictures on Instagram at @expectgrain and love talking about photos and photography and discovering the work of others.
