Warren Ramirez
Warren Ramirez is an avid photography enthusiast, born in Connecticut and raised in San José, Costa Rica. Discovered his passion for traditional photography in 1992 working for FujiFilm Laboratories, where he was exposed to various stages of automated film and photo development/ printing processes.
Took some formal courses in college and got hooked in the alchemic art methods of the darkroom. He currently lives in New Jersey, working as a mechanical engineer for the pharmaceutical industry and dedicates his spare time to film and digital photography. In recent years, he has been allocating more and more time to film photography, shooting primarily medium format and 35mm but manifests an enormous curiosity for Large Format and Alternative photographic processes. His main shooting interests are: architecture, cityscape, street, and landscape photography.
