CURATED PHOTOSTREAM | JUNE 25, 2018 | LUCY WAINWRIGHT
Hello everyone,
I'm a city lover but not a city dweller, and that's by choice. I love to go into the city, questing, to ride the train in in the morning and see the landscape change from scattered small towns into the residential and industrial outskirts of the city and then both compress and rise up into the dense, intense, sky-reaching centre. The city is impressive. It's magical. It's fantastic & often fantastical.
This week I asked you to remember your Urban Dreams and you have triumphed. Here are just ten of a much larger number of seriously whimsical and intriguing portraits of the strange heart of the City herself.
Thank you so much to everyone who submitted. It was an honour to see your work.
SUBMIT
Every week the FSC features an article with a Curated Photostream that is open to all. You may only submit one (1) photo and it *must* be a jpeg file and no larger than 20 MB. Please title the file "Title_Camera_Film_YourName.jpg" so that we may properly credit you if your photo is selected. Remember to check our Submit page to see all currently open photostreams.
My next curation will be July 23 and the theme is "Motion." MOVE ME. You may submit your image here.
Next week is our monthly Polaroid Roundup and Keith Mendenhall is curating. From Keith: This time, only one will be featured. All instant film formats accepted. There will be a prize, film of some kind, to be determined by me and the winner based on their preferences. Although there are no winners. Just photographers. You may submit your image here.
